How do I open an account?

To open an account, click the “Open Account” button in the top right of our website. Follow the steps and upload your documents for verification.

What documents does Money Generate Market require to open a live account?

In order to verify your identity, we need a copy of your valid Passport, National ID card or Driver’s Licence. We’ll also need a recent (within the last 3 months) proof of address, such as a utility or bank statement in your name.

Why do I have to provide proof of identity?

Money Generate Market is a regulated brokerage. As part of the regulation, we are required to comply with 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) requirements. We would require your Identity documents to complete KYC. Regulation has strict rules about how we keep your identity documents safe.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

In “My Account”, click on “Withdraw Funds” and fill out the form in order for us to process your request. Please note that we are unable to transfer funds to third party accounts, so sometimes, we might ask for additional information about the account in order to verify the withdrawal.

Are my deposited funds segregated from Money Generate Market’s business funds?

Yes, your funds are held in a Segregated Client Account at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The funds you hold with Money Generate Market can only be returned to you and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Is my personal data safe with Money Generate Market?

We take privacy very seriously at Money Generate Market, and will never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
